My man and I have visited this store plenty of times to give an honest review on this store and the employees who work there. I would like to say I've been there different days and times. I mystery shop different stores for different reasons. The handmade chocolate desserts are delicious. I also enjoy my visit when I do go. Let's discuss the employees. The mother and daughter greet every customer coming in. They do say, hi or welcome. So for people to say bad things about them, I'm sorry but these ladies respect those who respect them. I have been there shopping while other customers visit as well and have seen how the women treat them. There has been 1 issue or problem when I was there. This would explain the bad reviews but also the reason behind what others are calling rude behavior. I do not agree with the bad reviews. I read them. So here it is. The truth of what it is. Let's start with the obvious. Rule 1 Every bin in the whole store says, "No Hands In The Bin". I am perfectly agreeable to the employees for being hard on this 1 rule. I don't want a child or adult hands in a candy bin where I have no clue if they wash their hands or not. I agree with them saying, "No han

Don’t Support this business. Very rude! These people will say you touched a POUND of candy. Then say they will call security if u don’t buy them. They think it’s funny too. I genuinely think they get off on it. They really must be in need for money. I guess candy does sell? Word of month will get around that yall are a bad business. Read the other reviews. EVERYONE says yall are rude and scam artist.

My granddaughter loves to get candy from this store when we occasionally take her to the mall. Each time we’ve been, we have been chastised about something and in a very rude way. The older and younger ladies are both extremely rude and have no tact when dealing with customers. I understand having rules, but they have treated us each time as if my husband and I are children to be reprimanded. We told our granddaughter tonight that we will not being going back and will look for a new candy store. Obviously they don’t need our money.

Very nice and clean candy shop. The workers are very welcoming . Large signs around the store to let me know the price of candy. I feel they take pride in keeping a safe clean candy environment. My kids and I go almost twice a month.

Tried weighting the candy to buy only 1/2 of a pound since it was $6.50. Mixed flavors. Put too much in the bag. Told the woman $6.50 for a small bag. Gave the items back. She dug out the mixed flavors and out them back in the bin😮
